1. Connect the included 9 pin cable to the serial port on your computer.
2. Connect the IR Transmitter to the cable
3. Load the software CD
4. Start the Program on your computer
5. Click the Send button
6. The Name Badge is now programmed with your custom message.

The Name Badge runs on a small CR2032 watch type battery. One battery lasts up to 20 hours.

Your custom message stays programmed in the Name Badge even when you turn off the Badge and remove the battery!

Only 1 programming kit is required to program an unlimited number of Name Badges.
