Diane Maizlish is in a fight for her life. Several months ago, she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Breast - Bone cancer. To obtain a high level of specialized medical care, she left her home in Alaska, and moved in with her brother Larry in Long Beach, California. Due to the illness, she has been unable to work for over a year.

The toll this disease takes on Diane is tremendous, yet she continues to have a positive attitude. As anyone who has had a loved one suffer a long term illness knows, the medical costs are tremendous. Insurance is helpful, yet complicated with red tape and limitations.
